About me

I started freelancing in 2010. I looked at which projects were promising and interesting, and SEO was the one that caught me. I have worked in SEO since 2012.

I led an SEO team of 5 at an agency, then built my own SEO company with a team. Over 14 years I have worked on 100+ projects. Today I run organic growth for HomeBuddy at QuinStreet.

How I work

For me, the most interesting part is studying a problem and finding the solution, often outside the usual playbook. I start every project by getting as much input from the client as I can. A wide view of the situation helps me judge the prospects correctly.

I don't look for silver bullets in SEO. They exist, but they usually work around search algorithms, and search engines keep closing these gaps. So every silver bullet stops working sooner or later. I focus on reliable, long-term solutions that keep working for my clients.

Markets and languages

I have worked on sites for Russia, the US, Europe and Italy, in Russian, English and Italian. I live in Asti, Italy. I have lived in three countries and five cities.

My focus: analytics, page-type architecture, first-party data and visibility in AI search.
